中学数学职前教师统计与概率MKT水平发展研究

【摘 要】中学数学职前教师作为中学数学教育的储备军,其面向教学的数学知识水平如何,影响专业职前的因素有哪些,以及如何提高专业知识,这些问题要求着优化中学数学职前教师的 MKT 水平路径:适时提高教科研水平;积极参加专业竞赛;及时进行教学反思;合理安排职业规划;关于人才培养方面可以适当增加专业核心课程的的占比,同时在课堂教学中可以结合多种教学方式。

Research on the Development of Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching (MKT) in Prospective Middle School Mathematics Teachers

Abstract: Prospective middle school mathematics teachers, as the reserve force of middle school mathematics education, their level of mathematical knowledge oriented towards teaching and the factors influencing their professional development are crucial. These issues demand the optimization of the MKT development path for prospective middle school mathematics teachers. This includes timely improvement of educational research levels; active participation in professional competitions; timely teaching reflection; reasonable career planning; and in terms of talent cultivation, it is appropriate to increase the proportion of professional core courses, while combining various teaching methods in classroom teaching.
