中医护理干预在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果及生活质量影响评价

【摘    要】目的：探析中医护理对于类风湿关节炎（RA）患者的干预效果及对其生活质量的影响。方法：将 2020 年1 月 -2020 年 12 月我院收治的 70 例 RA 患者按抽签法分为两组，各 35 例。参照组进行常规护理，研究组于参照组基础上进行中医护理，对比两组干预前后临床症状、生活质量变化。结果：干预后，研究组 SCL-90 评分、QOL 评分低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论：中医护理可有效改善 RA 患者的临床症状，提升其生活质量。

The Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Evaluation of Its Impact on Quality of Life

Abstract: Objective: To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing on patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and its impact on their quality of life. Methods: From January 2020 to December 2020, 70 patients diagnosed with RA in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups using the drawing method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the study group received TCM nursing in addition to the conventional nursing. The clinical symptoms and quality of life changes before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: After the intervention, the SCL-90 scores and QOL scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: TCM nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of RA patients and enhance their quality of life.
