优质护理服务对子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术患者疾病认知及生活质量的影响分析

【摘    要】目的：分析优质护理服务对子宫内膜息肉 (EP) 宫腔镜手术患者疾病认知及生活质量的影响。方法：将 68例 EP 宫腔镜手术患者作为本次研究对象，均来源于我院 2019 年 4 月 -2020 年 7 月期间，按随机数字表法将其分为 A 组与B 组，各 34 例，B 组实施常规护理，A 组实施优质护理服务，分析 2 组护理价值。结果：经护理后 A 组生活质量评分明显优于 B 组 (P ＜ 0.05)；A 组、B 组疾病掌握度分别为 97.06%、73.53%，A 组掌握度明显高于 B 组 (P ＜ 0.05)。结论：EP 宫腔镜手术患者实施优质护理服务可获得显著结果，不仅能够提高其生活质量，还有效加强疾病认知度，因此值得临床应用及推广。

The Impact of High-Quality Nursing Care on Disease Cognition and Quality of Life in Patients Undergoing Hysteroscopic Surgery for Endometrial Polyps

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the impact of high-quality nursing services on the disease cognition and quality of life in patients who have undergone hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps (EP). Methods: A total of 68 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery for EP were selected as the subjects of this study, all sourced from our hospital between April 2019 and July 2020. They were divided into two groups, Group C and Group D, each consisting of 34 cases, using the random number table method. Group D received routine nursing care, while Group C received high-quality nursing services, and the value of nursing care in both groups was analyzed. Results: After the nursing intervention, the quality of life score of Group C was significantly better than that of Group D (P < 0.05); the disease comprehension rates for Groups C and D were 97.06% and 73.53%, respectively, with Group C showing a significantly higher comprehension rate than Group D (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of high-quality nursing services in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery for EP yielded significant results, not only improving their quality of life but also effectively enhancing their disease cognition, thus warranting clinical application and promotion.
