【摘 要】医院公共卫生人才的发展与管理,作为医院管理体系中的关键环节,其质量的提升无疑是推动医院整体管理水平跃升的重要驱动力。随着医院人力资源的持续壮大与优化,技术层面的飞跃不仅带动了服务品质的飞跃,更促使管理策略向着更加精细化、科学化的方向不断演进与革新。在审视全球视野时,不难发现,国际先进国家在公共卫生人力资源领域的投入与关注达到了前所未有的高度,其发展历程中积累的宝贵经验与前瞻视野,已将该领域的工作推向了常态化、高效化的新高度。相较之下,我国医院在公共卫生人力资源的培育与管理上虽仍面临诸多挑战与瓶颈,但值得庆幸的是,近年来通过不懈努力与探索,我们已逐步取得了一系列显著成效,为未来的进一步发展奠定了坚实基础。本文旨在深入剖析医院公共卫生人才发展与管理的重要性,客观审视当前存在的问题与挑战,同时广泛探讨并总结有效的管理方法及其在实践中的应用效果与进展。通过这一综合性的回顾与分析,我们旨在为相关领域的研究者与实践者提供更加丰富、详实的理论支撑与实践参考,共同推动医院公共卫生人才队伍的蓬勃发展,为构建更加健康、安全的社会环境贡献力量。

The Development and Management Tactics for Public Health Talent in Hospitals

Abstract: The development and management of public health talent in hospitals, as a key link in the hospital management system, is undoubtedly an important driving force to promote the leap in the overall management level of the hospital. With the continuous expansion and optimization of hospital human resources, the leap in the technical level not only drives the leap in service quality but also promotes the management strategy to continuously evolve and innovate towards a more refined and scientific direction. When looking at the global perspective, it is not difficult to find that the investment and attention of advanced countries in the field of public health human resources have reached an unprecedented height, and the valuable experience and forward-looking vision accumulated in the development process have pushed the work in this field to a new height of normalization and efficiency. In contrast, although our country's hospitals still face many challenges and bottlenecks in the cultivation and management of public health human resources, it is gratifying that through unremitting efforts and exploration in recent years, we have gradually achieved a series of significant effects, laying a solid foundation for future development. This paper aims to deeply analyze the importance of the development and management of public health talent in hospitals, objectively review the current problems and challenges, and widely discuss and summarize effective management methods and their application effects and progress in practice. Through this comprehensive review and analysis, we aim to provide richer and more detailed theoretical support and practical reference for researchers and practitioners in related fields, and jointly promote the vigorous development of the hospital public health talent team, and contribute to building a more healthy and safe social environment.
