【摘    要】目的:本研究旨在评估饮食管理与药物联合指导在高血压患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取 2021 年 7月至 2022 年 7 月期间我院收治的 122 名高血压患者,随机分为两组:观察组 61 人和对照组 61 人。对照组接受常规护理,而观察组则接受饮食管理与用药指导。研究比较了两组患者的服药依从性、血压控制情况、生活质量以及并发症的发生率。结果:在服药依从性方面,观察组显著优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。就血压水平而言,护理前两组的收缩压和舒张压无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。生活质量方面,观察组在物质生活、身体功能、心理功能和社会功能评分上均高于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05)。在并发症发生率上,观察组的脑血管病、冠心病、脑血栓和高血压脑病的发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施饮食管理与用药指导可以显著提高高血压患者的服药依从性,改善生活质量,有效控制血压,并减少并发症的发生,因此建议在临床实践中广泛应用。

The Importance of Dietary Management in Conjunction with Medication in the Treatment of Hypertension

Abstract: Objective: This study aims to evaluate the therapeutic effects of dietary management combined with medication guidance in the treatment of patients with hypertension. Methods: A total of 122 patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups: an observation group of 61 people and a control group of 61 people. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received dietary management and medication guidance. The study compared medication adherence, blood pressure control, quality of life, and the incidence of complications between the two groups. Results: In terms of medication adherence, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Regarding blood pressure levels, there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before care (P>0.05); after care, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the observation group were both lower than those of the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). In terms of quality of life, the observation group scored higher than the control group in material life, physical function, psychological function, and social function, with significant differences (P<0.05). In the incidence of complications, the incidence of cerebrovascular diseases, coronary heart disease, cerebral thrombosis, and hypertensive encephalopathy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Implementing dietary management and medication guidance can significantly improve medication adherence in patients with hypertension, improve quality of life, effectively control blood pressure, and reduce the incidence of complications, thus it is recommended to be widely applied in clinical practice.
