突发公共卫生事件中消毒供应中心的角色与应对

【摘    要】医院的消毒供应中心（CSSD）负责对手术器械、医疗用品以及一次性使用医疗用品进行回收、清洗、消毒、灭菌和分发。鉴于其工作性质，CSSD 在面对如 SARS、流感等突发公共卫生事件时，对于防止医院内感染的扩散尤为关键。加强 CSSD 的应急响应能力，对于确保医院在紧急情况下仍能维持正常运作至关重要。作为医院感染控制的关键部门，CSSD 必须承担起在公共卫生紧急情况下的重要职责。CSSD 需要建立和实施科学的管理策略和有效的应对措施，以保障医疗服务的安全性。

The role and response of the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) in public health emergencies

Abstract: The Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) of a hospital is responsible for the collection, cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments, medical supplies, and disposable medical items. Given its operational nature, the CSSD plays a crucial role in preventing the spread of hospital-acquired infections during public health emergencies such as SARS and influenza. Strengthening the emergency response capabilities of the CSSD is essential to ensure that hospitals can continue to function normally under emergency conditions. As a key department in hospital infection control, the CSSD must undertake significant responsibilities during public health emergencies. The CSSD needs to establish and implement scientific management strategies and effective response measures to ensure the safety of medical services.
