下肢静脉曲张手术患者护理路径的临床应用研究

【摘    要】目的：本研究旨在评估临床护理路径对下肢静脉曲张手术患者的干预效果。方法：选取 2020 年 3 月至2022 年 5 月在我院接受下肢静脉曲张手术治疗的 66 名患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组 33 例。对照组接受标准护理，而实验组则实施临床护理路径干预。研究通过对比两组患者的健康知识水平、住院时长、护理满意度、手术效率及术后并发症发生率，来评估临床护理路径的应用效果。结果：实验组患者的健康知识评分、护理满意度均显著高于对照组，且住院时间、手术时间及术前准备时间均显著缩短（P<0.05）；实验组患者的术后并发症发生率也显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：临床护理路径的实施对提高下肢静脉曲张手术患者的健康知识水平、缩短住院时间、提升护理满意度、改善手术效率和降低术后并发症发生率具有显著效果，有助于提升患者的整体预后。

Clinical Application Study of Nursing Pathways for Patients Undergoing Surgery for Lower Extremity Varicose Veins

Abstract: Objective: This study aims to evaluate the intervention effects of clinical nursing pathways on patients undergoing surgery for lower extremity varicose veins. Methods: A total of 66 patients who received surgical treatment for lower extremity varicose veins from March 2020 to May 2022 at our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received standard nursing care, while the experimental group implemented clinical nursing pathway intervention. The study assessed the application effects of clinical nursing pathways by comparing the health knowledge levels, hospital stay duration, nursing satisfaction, surgical efficiency, and postoperative complication incidence rates between the two groups. Results: The health knowledge scores and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the hospital stay, surgical time, and preoperative preparation time were all significantly reduced (P<0.05); the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was also significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of clinical nursing pathways significantly improves the health knowledge level of patients undergoing surgery for lower extremity varicose veins, shortens hospital stay, enhances nursing satisfaction, improves surgical efficiency, and reduces the incidence of postoperative complications, which contributes to the improvement of the patients' overall prognosis.
