基于思维导图工具在提高门诊预检分诊准确率中的应用

【摘    要】目的：探讨医院门诊预检分诊工作中，采取基于思维导图工具的工作模式对提高分诊准确率的价值。方法：选取 140 例门 诊患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组，每组各 70 例，对照组应用常规预检分诊模式，观察组应用基于思维 导图工具的预检分诊模式，比较两组应用效果。结果：观察组患者满意度、预检分诊准确率分别为98.57%、97.14%，对照组分别 为 90.00%、85.71%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；结论：医院门诊工作中，应用思维导图工具制订并实施门诊预检分诊流程， 可以显著提高分诊准确率及患者满意度，值得推广。

Application of Mind Mapping Tools in Improving the Accuracy of Outpatient Triage

Abstract: Objective: To explore the value of adopting a mind mapping tool-based working model in the triage work of hospital outpatient departments to improve the accuracy of triage. Methods: A total of 140 outpatients were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 70 cases in each group. The control group applied the conventional triage model, while the observation group applied the triage model based on the mind mapping tool. The application effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The patient satisfaction and triage accuracy rates in the observation group were 98.57% and 97.14%, respectively, while in the control group they were 90.00% and 85.71%, respectively. The differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion: In the work of hospital outpatient departments, the use of mind mapping tools to formulate and implement the outpatient triage process can significantly improve the accuracy of triage and patient satisfaction, and is worth promoting.
